In-Person Event Guidelines

Welcome to our in-person events! We're excited to bring our gaming community together offline for some fun and memorable experiences. To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and inclusivity of all participants, please adhere to the following guidelines:

3. Maintain Personal Hygiene: Practice good personal hygiene by showering regularly, wearing clean clothes, and using deodorant. This helps ensure a pleasant experience for everyone attending the event.

4. Respect Venue Property: Treat the event venue and any equipment provided with care and respect. Avoid causing damage to property or leaving behind a mess. Dispose of trash properly and keep common areas tidy.

5. Stay Safe: Prioritize your safety and the safety of others at all times. Follow any safety instructions provided by event organizers and venue staff. If you observe any unsafe behavior or hazards, report them immediately.
